What you would be ordering

The same check the free Action runs, run by us instead of in your CI: once a day, against up to three apibreak.json manifests, for the vendors the check supports (GitHub REST and Stripe), with each report emailed to the address you give. The free Action can run on a schedule too; the README's example runs weekly. Hosted would run that schedule for you, with no workflow to keep in each repository.

Version v1-2026-09-17. Submitting stores this version and a hash of this exact text, so the countersign email refers to a fixed wording.

1. 1.You are ordering APIBreak Hosted for one organisation: the check described on this page, run once a day against up to three apibreak.json manifests, with each report emailed to the address you give, at $49 per month. Hosted is not built yet; this order is how we decide whether to build it.
2. 2.This is a conditional order. No card is taken, nothing is charged and no invoice is issued at order time.
3. 3.Your acceptance criteria and delivery date are proposals until we countersign them by email. We reply to countersign, to propose changes, or to say plainly that we cannot meet them; until then nothing is agreed. Criteria that would turn this into a custom service rather than the product described here are declined.
4. 4.When we deliver, you receive seven daily reports before anything is owed. You then confirm acceptance or name the agreed criteria that failed. Silence is not acceptance. No acceptance, no charge.
5. 5.After acceptance you pay $49 per month for the organisation, billed monthly by card from the acceptance date, plus any applicable taxes. Month to month; cancelling stops the next renewal.
6. 6.You may withdraw by email at any time before acceptance, at no cost. If we have not delivered by your delivery date, the order lapses and nothing is owed.
7. 7.Hosted reports the same findings as the free Action, for the vendors it supports. Every report names the specification commits it read and when it read them, and a source it could not read is reported as unknown, never as clean. There is no SLA, no real-time guarantee and no claim of complete coverage. It never asks for credentials, repository access or API traffic.
8. 8.The seller is the operator of APIBreak, who will be named in the countersign email; the buyer is the organisation you name. By submitting you confirm you may commit that organisation to this order once it is countersigned.
